Finally started working on the set tonight. Folder is almost done so... 1 down, 30-something to go

Preliator, Europa and Orpheus are coming... When? Not sure but it won't be soon. I'd rather take some time and do it right rather than release a half-assed job like i see people doing. Why am i posting this? Let's just say this is the first time i'm really passionate about a project.

Now that i'm free from exams till February i can start working up from the sketches i've been drawing for past month or so. This time, i'm gonna push through and hopefully the end result will be quite a supprise. Preliator and Orpheus should arrive first followed by Europa. Orpheus is a mod of Preliator so it will be easy to release them one after another while Europa is what Minium Calabi is to Sascha Hohne's Minium (and i hope it won't end up like Calabi )

My new comp can't get here too soon and for now, it's the main setback. I'm using this time to tweak the sketches and make some new ones and I might post a sketch or two depending on the mood. For now, i just wanted to share my excitement of this new project i started.

And yes, i know it's a teaser that stinks like vaporware but hey, i don't care

My comp died a few weeks ago and ever since i've been waiting for a new one. Still missing some money for the iMac, plus i've got exams on 16th and 17th so not spending time in front of my comp drawing and designing might be a good thing.

I've been having a ton of ideas that are all still on paper but as soon as i get a new comp, there should be an avalanche of updates.

First, i plan to launch my website/blog and alongside it, quite a few icons/walls that i've been working on before my comp died.

Then there's the release of "Spring Vectors", my first set that never got released even though it's been sitting on my HD for months. I've decided to redo a lot of the icons from that set because i think they can and should look better.

I've also decided to try and kickstart my "career" by making and offering for free various app icons that i plan on making when i get a new comp. So if you have an app that needs an icon or if there's an app you use and it has a terrible looking one, drop your suggestion and i'll see what i can do.

I just wanted to give you guys an update abd now i gotta run. I'll update my journal next time i drop by my mate's place (or when i get my iMac )
